We are delighted to bring together a poignant exhibition of significant paintings selected from the artist’s collection, expressing one of his lifelong quests, to capture the impossible in paint – an ‘ineffable lightness of being’, a spiritual quality of light.
Our Christmas exhibition, celebrated with a fine selection of Forrest Wines, also appropriately marks 20 years of The Diversion Gallery – named after JS Parker’s painting of the diversion of the Wairau river (in our personal collection) and recognising his contribution to the creation of the gallery.
To thank our loyal supporters over 20 years, at the preview we’ll have a draw for three bottles of Forrest’s Brigid bubbly to celebrate – perfect for Christmas!
